Agatha Christie certainly needs no introduction. Love her books... and the quotes you used!
The only Christie novel I've ever read is "Witness for the Prosecution." It was so good.
Christie is one of those authors I always wanted to read more of but never got around to it. You've inspired me to pick something up. What would you recommend?
I have to admit something. I have a Poirot book on my shelf. It's been there for months, but I haven't opened it yet.
Really should change that soon.

#3 daughter loves Agatha Christie, which is a testament to the staying power of her writing. Love that she created a mystery around herself too - The Lady Vanishes indeed *grin* Excellent choice, Claudia.
I have to confess to never having read Christie, not being a mystery fan, but of course I know of Miss Marple and Poirot. Those are terrific quotes. Loving your A-Z, Claudia!
I am embaressed to say this, I have not read any of her books. I must read one soon.
Love AgathA Christie with her Miss Marple and Poirot. She was born o my about 45 minutes away from where I live. I have visited her holiday home, Greenways, which was lovely!
@Gil - she will always be special to me, I read her works in 5 languages, but still English is special
@Elaine - her memoirs are great and also her plays, do try! You will enjoy it for sure

I never quite got into the writing of Agatha Christie, but maybe will take a second look.
