Tasty Tuesday - Chorizo potatoes

Posted by Claudia Moser on 8:04 AM in , ,

Ingredients for 4 people

1,2 kg Potatoes
250 g Chorizo (Spanish sausage)
1 red chili
8 shallots
2–3 spoons oil
1 band chive
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes and in the meantime peal the sausages and cut them in small pieces. Cut the chili, take out the seeds and cut in small rings as well as the shalots.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in thin slices.

3. Put the oil in a pan and fry the sausages and put them aside. Fry the potatoes for 10 minutes and put them aside. In the end fry the chili and the shalots and in the end mix all ingredients.

4. Once the mix ends up on a plate add some salt and pepper and add as decoration the cut chives.

I intend to do this with a salad today, what do you think? I need something fast for dinner since I have a busy ME day today.

In order not to have to many guilty feelings, ironing in the morning, followed by some shopping (mom's and best friend's birthday gifts), new hair cut and manicure. I just took a day off, simply because :) Enjoy your Tuesday!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
