Missing You

I miss you so much
Sunrays, birds singing
Ignored due to your absence!

It's funny you mentioned the birds singing. It has been a gorgeous day here in Devon, and I was working away in the garden, when I heard the sound of birdsong all around me. It was so lovely to hear it again. Hopefully the dark days are behind us now!

A gorgeous day here too! Spring is indeed among us!

Hi Claudia...Nice to meet you. Looking forward to reading more from you!

Hello Barb, nice to have you here and glad you are fine too :)

Hi Claudia,
I enjoy your inspirational messages. Did you write this poem? It's beautiful. Thanks for following my blog. Please drop by frequently http://lindaoconnell.blogpot.com

Yes Linda, it is my own haiku, sometimes I get the needed inspiration! And your blog is worth reading!

Great haiku, Claudia. I love reading them and writing them.

Thank you Belle, same here!

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
