Monday's special

Posted by Claudia Moser on 9:13 AM

Since I am involved in this challenge, the alphabet became my Alpha and Omega, so this Monday's special is dedicated to this new theme.

Action, looks, words, steps, form the alphabet by which you may spell character.
Johann Kaspar Lavater

Egotism is an alphabet of one letter
Scottish proverb

Why' is the only question that bothers people enough to have an entire letter of the alphabet named after it.
The alphabet does not go 'A B C D What? When? How?' but it does go 'V W X Why? Z.

Good Morning Claudia - It is late here 1:32am - but I was having difficulty with my post - for some reason the font size was not cooperating...very frustrating.

I got your note - we will figure out how we can connect by email!

Jenny

And - I like your post - you always have interesting things to write about.

@Jenny - no worries :) We will manage! Thank you for your kind words!

Very clever!

Good luck with the challenge...I'm very definitely enjoying the submissions of those bloggers I follow who are paticipating in this. I love the different approaches each one has taken.

@Desiree - so right! It is rather exciting right?

I love Douglas Adams. He has said so many funny and insightful things.

Interesting quotes! Love the ego one especially.

@Rick - so true! I'll look for some more :)
@Belle - yes, quite unexpected!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
