The Rock Queen for me, Tina Turner, the woman with a steamy life, a great voice and amazing legs. No words needed, just one classic song

For the instrument I chose a traditional Romanian one named tilinca basically a flute without finger holes, which sounds like this

A little bit of me from two perspectives, favourite artist and native folklore!

Hi Claudia! Wow, you're really taking this new challenge seriously and introducing us to and reminding us of some great musicians. It's patently obviously just how passionate you are about music :)

Sorry! 'patently obvious..." I really should check what I've typed before posting it!

WoW! I love Tina Turner, although you don't hear of her so much now. If that song ever comes on the radio, I always turn it up full blast. I saw her over here on her last tour, when she was in her early sixties. To see her singing and racing around the stage in a mini skirt on 6" high heels was a real inspiration!!! I'm sure the tilinca is lovely too!

Lots of different musical views...I love it!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
