Tasty Tuesday - Salmon pasta

Posted by Claudia Moser on 9:00 AM in , ,
One of our favourite meals at home, very fast and so yummy. What you need?

300gr pasta (for two) - you could use penne, fusili or whatever you think would be nice!
200 gr salmon (you can either use fresh one or smoked)
some 12 cherry tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 chili
1 glass of white wine
a bit of cream parmigiana
olive oil
salt
pepper

Add the garlic in the hot oil, then small pieces of salmon, the chili and let it cook for a while. Then add the halves of the cherry tomatoes, the wine and simmer. At the end the cream joins the mixture. Boil your pasta of choice then add the sauce and the parmigiana and then? Simply enjoy the pasta with a nice glass of white wine.

Im hungry after seeing this so im going to get of the computer and cook myself some dinner.

I swear, one day I'm going to turn up on your doorstep with a fork and bowl in my hand :-)

When you write "cream parmigiana" are you referring to "eggplant/aubergine purée"?

I'm not much of a salmon eater but I have a daughter in love that adores it! Now I have a meal I can make just for her!
Thanks and hugs~

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
