Another award

The overlord award! Wow! I am so thankful to Gil, who thought that I am worthy of this award.

The rules are pretty hard: To be added into the club of Overlords, one must make a list of three things that he or she would change in the world, pass the award on to ten other bloggers, and then let the recipients know that they have achieved Overlord status.

Three things that I would like to change in the world? Just three? Kidding, three it's not so easy to choose
- stop the destruction of nature, it is such a treasure!
- stop child abuse!
- stop world famine

I would be overjoyed if I could actuall stop the above mentioned items! I love nature, I adore children (they are so innocent) and to see so many people suffer is a torment!

As for the ten bloggers to whom I shouls pass it on, this is also a challenge!

And since my fellow co-bloggers at the GBE2 experience are all amazing, I thought I will simply chose the first ten which posted under lost and found :-)

My wandering mind
Off the record with Debbie and Tony
From the mom cave
Catchy Words
Marianrhea
Help for single parents
Tattoo warrior
Hearts in fur coat
Raised eyes
Chickee's outlet

But I need to highlight that for me all my 'colleagues' are winners and deserve all the on line awards! Nevertheless maybe this way you will all discover the ecclectic mix we have on the GBE2!

Enjoy and thank you Gil!

Thanks for the award! I will probably post about it as my Wordless Wednesday post. I'll have to keep it short. :)

Congratulations on another award!

I hope you are doing well over there. I saw the news about the e-coli outbreaks this weekend and I thought of you, hoping you and all your loved ones are OK. Take care. - G

@Georgina - so far in the area where we live there were no outbreaks, nevertheless Germany is really suffering! Plus the source is still unknown! Thank you for your thoughts, very kind of you!

Those are 3 great things to change. Congrats on the award.

@Barb - for these changes i would like to be an overlord!

Congratulations on another Award my dear friend. Please forgive me if I don't comment quite so much this week, but it's going to be pretty busy here for the next few days - I hope you understand.

@Diane - i'm grateful when you drop by and the wedding is so important! Enjoy it!

I genuinely appreciate you choosing me for this award, but I have made a huge blunder that is going to take me several days to fix, and then I'll be out of town for several days, so I won't have time to do write it. I apologize. HOWEVER, I am saving the link to your blog, so that if I finish fixing my giant mistake, I can still participate. Is that OK?

@Belle - for my three good deeds? I wish we could change the world that easily!

Whoo-hoo. Thanks for the award. It'll take me a while to figure out how to respond though...

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
