Something at which you've been a champion or the best

Hm ... One thing I cannot do very well is brag, but I do know that I am good at my job, acting as project manager. My top 10 identified qualities for a good project manager

- Be able to have and share a vision
- A good communicator
- Integrity: commitment to, and demonstration of, ethical practices.
- Be enthusiastic
- Be empathic
- Demonstrate competence
- Do learn how to delegate tasks
- Be cool under pressure
- Motivate your team
- Be a problem solver, not a problem creator

And now to a classic cartoon, enjoy!

I too excelled at my management jobs especially the process improvement ones. I don't miss the stress but I do miss the excitement of accomplishments and rewarding my staff. Good post sweetie! I always thought you were good at your job based on what I've read from your blog!!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
