Great picture trying to decide where it was taken. Have a lovely weekend

never seen such a modern horse buggy. So used to seeing the old timey wooden ones.

Linda imagem, Cludia e bela dupla de cavalos! Ganharam? Grande abraço e final de semana também!

Great shot, did they win the race? Have a great weekend!

Linda foto. Espero que tenham vencido. Abraços

HI dear Claudia,
I'm so happy to report I'm now back among my blog friends! No more trying to read and scroll while squinting at the iPhone! Where was this lovely race? It looks like a jolly good time was had by everyone!
Hugs~

Dearest Claudia,
I wish I could see these race first hand. Reminds me of the movie "Ben-Hur"; haha, too old!

Love you always from Japan, xoxo Miyako*

Hi Claudia. I love this photo, and the horses are wonderful. They are a very unusual colour. As for my photo problem with my blog, I can't really say any more than I said in my blog. I haven't had the problem before, so it's a bit of a pain. I'm going to try rebooting the computer to see if that might do the trick! Happy Sunday to you!

@Inge - in Germany at a horse show!
@Adam - I think it is a tuned one :) they were very fast as well
@Maria - yes, the horses were beautiful, I agree!
@Lucinha - thank you!
@Sush - so happy to have you back, missed you!
@Orchid - nice movie and great comparison!
@Diane - not very wintery the picture, but hey it is green :) did you try to upload the pictures without text?

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
