Oh, headaches can be a complete nightmare, I hope you feel better soon. I think a vitamin-packed smoothie might really help - or at least I hope so... xo
PS: Shoreditch is in East London, between Whitechapel and Hackney. It's a very diverse and multicultural part of London.

I often find my headaches are blood sugar related I find wine gums great not sure if you have tried them.
I've been making smoothies this week as I've had a horrible cold - will try this recipe!
