Tasty Tuesday - my breakfast

Posted by Claudia Moser on 9:20 AM in ,
At the moment I suffer from some serious headaches, which forced me to stay home, rest my eyes and try to relax. Being home means that I don't walk much so I tend to eat less but healthy. Gina, from SkinnyTaste is always good for an inspiration, and this morning I tried this delicious recipe, with a mango instead of blueberries. I was thinking for lunch of milk rice, do you know what I mean?  Happy Tuesday, I will try to rest, promise!

Oh, headaches can be a complete nightmare, I hope you feel better soon. I think a vitamin-packed smoothie might really help - or at least I hope so... xo

PS: Shoreditch is in East London, between Whitechapel and Hackney. It's a very diverse and multicultural part of London.

Dearest Claudia,
Oh my!!! Please Take Care of Yourselves, my dear friend. milk rice must be good and not heavy for your stomach. Haha, I've had porridge (with rice) lately p;)
Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*

My brother also gets the massive headaches, feel better.

I often find my headaches are blood sugar related I find wine gums great not sure if you have tried them.

I'm really sorry to hear about your headaches. I hope you are well soon.

I've been making smoothies this week as I've had a horrible cold - will try this recipe!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
