Light & Dark
Under the Fun with Blogging group, the topic for this week is Light and Dark, the below picture should provide a bit of inspiration.
For two days I had no idea what to write but then I had the desire of eating a little bit of chocolate and I adjusted one of my classical recipe to the content of my fruit bowl.
The classical recipe is a truly light and dark dedication, so here we go
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
4 spoons of oil
1 package of vanilla sugar
4 spoons of water
2 spoons of dark chocolate powder
Whisk the egg whites and in parallel melt the sugar with the 4 spoons of water until it turns into sugar liquid. Add it to the egg whites, then the vanilla sugar, and the 4 spoons of oil. 3/4 of the mix will be added in a baking box, and then in the remaining mix add the chocolate powder and pour in on top of the previous mix. Below you see how the original looks.

What I did yesterday? I mixed it all with 4 spoons of chocolate and 2 bananas and I got a lovely cake with a great fruity taste.
Enjoy the day, I will get a piece of cake for my morning coffee while watching one of our favourites series, Psych.

Motto
"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
