There are moments in life when it appears to be like this

But then the darkness fades away and you get this

I'm off for a 2 day seminar and I am not sure if I will be able to post anything tonight, thus have a happy Wednesday and I'll be on my way to achive the possible first!

Monday thoughts

Motto:

An average human 'looks without seeing, listens without hearing, touches without feeling, eats without tasting, moves without physical awareness, inhales without awareness of odour or fragrance, and talks without thinking.'
― Leonardo da Vinci

Day after day, you decide on how your life evolves, how minutes pass away. Positive thinking does influence your daily routine. Experiencing positive emotions or events leads to a tipping point beyond which you can effortlessly achieve what you could have only imagined.

At the same time if you get the support of others, the back up of fellows, you are receiving a tremendous lift, what Esa Saarinen calls Magical Uplift which expands your potential, releases creativity channels and increases your inner self perspective.

I may sound a bit unusual today, but I just realised that in the end you do take the decision of how you act, you own your path. 8 hours in Esa Saarinen's seminar (the so called punk doctor, a Finish philosopher) made me really think.

He describes his events like this:

'In order to change our lifes, we have to change our thinking. But we are not very experienced to work with our thinking, particularly when it comes to challenging the mental models within us that direct our attitudes, actions and responses. I try to create a situation where the participant could identify her mental models, core values and beliefs and have a chance to reflect upon these fundamentals.'

I feel full of ideas, of energy, of enthusiasm. For sure I will use this momentum to keep on asking questions, to be inquisitive, to value each moment, to remain positive. And I will keep this thinking process, somehow I know this is only the beginning! I do own this process!

And as an ending a very unsual example which Esa used to show how you are able to overcome your own condition if you are ready to assess the situation, make decisions and walk your talk!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
