Flat hunting

Firmly decided to move, now we are looking for the perfect flat: min. 3 rooms, balcony / terasse, garden would be great, 2 toilets, min. 85 square meters ... and of course at a reasonable price. I take this as an adventure, you can discover the city, find new interesting places, meet, maybe, nice people. We initiated the process during this weekend, registering for several real estate portals, search after search. Our list ended up with 11 possibilities, we already saw 3 from the inside and one from the outside.
Two flats were really dissapointed, I mean really! God, how people can build and above all how poorly people can maintain living spaces. If I just think back to the 10 minutes spend in each environment I get the shivers, so better not ...

One flat, the one from the outside, looks nice, quiet, a nice garden, sadly ground floor in a slope somehow. So from own humble perspective it is a no go.
And then of course, after our first adventure day, we found IT, the true choice for us. With fireplace, with a huge terasse, with a nice view, second floor. It has all the qualities except one, price. So now we either get a raise (I doubt that I will be that succesful!) or we find the middle solution, one that can combine all the aspects. But somehow I am still dreaming of the flat, I can actually imagine arranging it, adding little extras. Well ... We can always dream right?
