I got the blues

And yes I've got the blues, missing is the word. Enjoy some of the best blues by Rolling Stones, the music did help a little bit to cope with my feelings.

As I sit by the fire
Of your warm desire
I've got the blues for you, yeah

I can see you're so far from home
But it's no hanging matter

It's no capital crime

(unreleased song till date)
I will haunt you baby
Hope you know the reason why
I Love you baby and I don't know the reason why

Well, baby
Can I have you for myself
Yeah, if I can't have you, baby
I don't want nobody else

Understandable and I hope the music is helping. Will the weekend be dashing your blues away?

@Sush - yes, weekend home, cannot wait!

haunting words there. So happy that you will be home again at the weekend to see your Peter! Hang in there!

Oh what a fun post!! It took me a while to listen to these videos---but what a way to pull together The Blues theme!!

Cheers, Jenn

Funny that they write this. Mick Jagger never looks depressed. :)

@Diane - yes, cannot wait to be home!
@Jenn - the songs are very fascinating
@Joyce - so true :)

Now that was entertaining! :)
Is it appropriate to smile at a post on the blues?
Look out Peter, she's a comin' home! :)

@Jo - Peter was simply happy, as was I

Nice that you were able to get home for the weekend and wash away the blues!

@November Rain - another week ahead, let us see what it brings!

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
