Y - Yoga

My experience with yoga is not necessarly the best, somehow I never managed to relax and to get into the exercise. Some told me that it is up to the teacher to emerse you into the meditation, but I guess I never found the right one. Still I believe that via yoga you can reach a level of happiness which other activities do not allow. Do you remember the movie Eat, Love, Pray? I still envy themain character for her achivement.

I never tried yoga, but sometimes I think about it.

Im starting a yoga and meditation course in 2 weeks. I am hoping it will teach me how to relax.

Dearest Claudia;
I haven't seen this movie (I love Julia Fiona Roberts, though). Well, I once thought about trying yoga but never have found time p;) I can guess how refreshing it must be♡♡♡

Sending you Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
