I love a cup of coffee but I can't stand anything coffee flavoured i.e. cake, chocolate etc. Strange eh?! Love the look of the blog :)

That picture looks...YUM! I love the quotes. Thanks for playing! =D

@Emma - strange indeed, but hey I love grapes but I am allergic to raisins so life is as it is :) Thanks! Did you notice the Eiffel Tower? LOL
@Diana - you know me by now right?

This was actually for the Positivity Group which Diana was nice enough to share in the Blog For Fun Group as well.

I love coffee and summer is the perfect time for it cold! Yum!

I love iced coffee, frozen coffee, hot coffee and flavored coffee. That one in the photo looks fantastic!

@Marian - yes, I noticed afterwards! Anyway it was an inspiration!
@Belle - so true, I am an addict as well :))

I could happily sit back right now with that iced coffee! Delicious!

I love my coffee. I have to have it every morning. But I only like black, regular coffee. No flavored, no latte's, no cappuccino's. Just plain black coffee. Yum. This was a really good post.

@Desiree - in your beautiful garden, yes that is a great idea!
@Barb - I love black coffee as well, but in the summer a nice ice coffee is just the perfect touch!

Great post Claudia!

I like the quotes - they hit the caffeine mark!

I'm a morning coffee consumer and toss between a cone drip coffee or a nice shot from my Nespresso machine!
I need cream - but no sugar...dare I say (tongue in cheek) I'm sweet enough! ;-)

Cheers, Jenny

@Jenny - you also hav a Nespresso? We do have plenty in common, I knew it :)))

I'm laughing...
Yes Claudia, I do think we would have many things in common from being a frequent reader of your entertaining and stimulating posts.

I've had my Nespresso machine since Jan 2008, it's the Essenza C100 Black. I would love to update it with the sleek CitiZ version (because of the flip up cup stand for accommodating taller glasses) but mine is still in such great shape!

Coffee drinking is such an art in Europe; when I was last there it was one of my favourite pastimes...sitting with a coffee and watching life go by!

Cheers, Jenny

Lovely tribute to coffee today my friend! Loved all the quotes.

The only form of coffee is like is black. Don't eat or drink it in any other form. Which is a real shame because that picture looks wonderful.

@Jenny - how I understand what you mean by people watching! We should do that together one day, I am sure we will have a blast!
@Diane - thank you, my addiction deserves an entry on its own!
@Sarah - one attempt is worth! Try it :)))

Good post, like the blog and also love coffee!

@Jake - thank you for dropping by!

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
