Season of love

Posted by Claudia Moser on 8:26 PM in , , , ,

Under the love spell
I fade away so easily
In silence, I dream

Your blue blue eyes
And green, as deep spring
Locked me so tight!

Oh thousand thoughts
Hold all seasons in one dream
Yes, yours and my love ...

I embrace you tight
Floating in your words
Summer of love behind

No winter heart
Just deep autumn ahead
You are mine, just mine.

P.S. This is an entry done under the inspiration of the "Time of the Season" by the Zombies from this week's BFF 121 theme.

I hope your husband is making steady progress, Claudia and that you are coping better than you'd felt possible. My thoughts are with you!

@Desiree - thank you so much for your words. He is slowly progressing but it is progress and that counts!

Beautiful poem, Claudia. I am glad he is progressing towards health.

That poem is beautiful. Is it yours Claudia?

Best wishes, as always, to Peter.

Hi Claudia. First of all, I am so glad to see that Peter is making progress. Slowly but surely! It's really knocked him for six though, whatever it was, hasn't it?! He'll be glad to be home again I'm sure. Lovely poem and I was going to ask the same question. Did you write it yourself??

@Belle - yes, the fever is finally gone! So happy for him!
@Sarah - yes, it is mine, I was very much inspired! And thank you for the wishes!
@Diane - yes, slowly but surely. And yes, I did write it :)

Motto

"A story is not like a road to follow … it's more like a house. You go inside and stay there for a while, wandering back and forth and settling where you like and discovering how the room and corridors relate to each other, how the world outside is altered by being viewed from these windows. And you, the visitor, the reader, are altered as well by being in this enclosed space, whether it is ample and easy or full of crooked turns, or sparsely or opulently furnished. You can go back again and again, and the house, the story, always contains more than you saw the last time. It also has a sturdy sense of itself of being built out of its own necessity, not just to shelter or beguile you."
