I would definitely go for the exercising for one hour option here!! So sorry that you have to travel when you are still not feeling 100 per cent :( Try not to overdo it at this time, although I know that's easier said than done. Hugs.
That is sooo funny Claudia because this cartoon hangs in my doctor's office.
Every time, which is about once every two years, I pop in for a visit I laugh - but it is pretty clever!
